Refund Policy
Every calculator, converter and tool on Utilorax is free to use, so this policy applies only to our paid Developer API subscriptions. It explains, in plain language, when you can get a refund and how to ask for one.
Who handles payments
Our payments and subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for every purchase. That means Paddle takes the payment, handles any sales tax or VAT, issues your receipt and processes approved refunds back to your original payment method.
14-day guarantee
If something is not right, you can request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of that payment. Just tell us what went wrong — you do not have to justify the request in detail.
Recurring payments and cancellation
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically on your own billing date (for example, if you subscribe on the 15th, you are billed on the 15th each month — not on the 1st). You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. When you cancel, auto-renew is turned off, you keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are never charged again.
Because you can cancel before every renewal, renewal payments are generally non-refundable once taken, except where a refund is required by law or where the service was clearly not delivered.
How to request a refund
Email us at [email protected] or reply to your Paddle receipt, and include the order or receipt number from that email. Approved refunds are normally returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we would much rather sort it out with you directly and quickly.
