About the Crop Video
Crop Video works like an image cropper: a box sits on top of your video, and whatever is inside it is kept. Drag the box anywhere on the frame, pull its corners to resize, and watch the live pixel size in the corner badge. Presets (square 1:1, portrait 4:5, story 9:16, classic 4:3, widescreen 16:9) lock the box to a ratio for exact platform sizes, or stay on Free and crop any region you like. All processing happens in your browser with ffmpeg (WebAssembly), so your video is never uploaded — it is private and free with no watermark.
Cropping re-encodes the video, so it takes longer than a simple trim and depends on your device. It works best on short clips.
