About the Resize Video
Resize Video changes a clip's resolution — scale it down to 720p or 480p to make it smaller and easier to share, or set a standard size for a platform. The width adjusts automatically to keep the original proportions. All processing happens in your browser with ffmpeg (WebAssembly), so your video is never uploaded — it is private and free with no watermark. It works best on short clips, since the work runs on your device rather than a server.
Resizing re-encodes the video. Scaling down also reduces the file size; scaling up cannot add detail that was not there.
