About the Video Trimmer
The Video Trimmer cuts a clip down to exactly the parts you want — and not just one: add as many segments as you like, each with its own start and end, and they are cut out and joined into a single video in order. Set times by typing them, by dragging a segment's edges on the timeline bar, or by using the playhead buttons to capture the exact moment you are watching. All processing happens in your browser with ffmpeg (WebAssembly), so your video is never uploaded — it is private and free with no watermark.
Cuts are frame-accurate: each segment is re-encoded at high quality so it starts and ends exactly where you set it, rather than snapping to the nearest keyframe. That makes it a touch slower than a rough copy-based cut, but the timing is precise. It works best on short clips, since the work runs on your device rather than a server.
