About the Telegram QR Code Generator
This is an ordinary URL QR code containing a t.me link — https://t.me/<username>. Enter a username without the @ and the address is built for you. Because t.me is Telegram’s standard public link format, the same code works for a personal account, a channel or a group: whatever that username points at is what opens. Scanning hands the link to the Telegram app if it is installed, or opens a web preview with a join prompt if it is not.
Only public usernames work. Private groups and channels use invite links (t.me/+… style) rather than plain usernames — if that is what you need, copy the invite link and use the URL QR code generator instead. Be aware that anyone who scans or photographs the code has that link, and an invite link is effectively the key to a private group, so a QR code is a poor place to put one on a public wall.
The code is static: it encodes the link directly, never contacts our servers and cannot expire — but it also cannot be edited. If the username changes, printed codes break. It also depends on Telegram keeping the t.me format working, which is stable but not something outside their control. What if the person does not have Telegram?

Does the code expire?
