    About the Sign PDF

Need to sign a contract or form without printing, scanning and emailing it back? Draw your signature right here, choose where it sits, and this tool stamps it onto your PDF and hands back a signed copy. Your signature is drawn in your browser on a canvas; the PDF is assembled on our server and then deleted straight after, so nothing lingers.

You control the placement. Put the signature on the last page — the usual spot for agreements — the first page, or every page, and pick any corner or the centre. It keeps its transparent background, so it sits naturally over the text rather than on a white block, and the rest of the document is left exactly as it was: no re-flowing, no quality loss, no visible watermark added by us.

One honest point: this places a visible, drawn signature, which is perfect for everyday forms, internal approvals and most agreements. It is not the same as a cryptographic digital signature that certifies the document has not been altered — if a process specifically demands a certificate-based e-signature, use a dedicated service for that step. Files are processed under random names in a folder blocked from web access and deleted when the request ends. To add a date or initials as text first, use watermark PDF, or explore the other PDF tools.

    Frequently asked questions

Is this a legally binding e-signature?

It adds a visible signature image, which is fine for many everyday agreements. For legally certified e-signatures, use a service that adds a cryptographic audit trail.

    Is my signature stored?

No. Your signature and PDF are processed and then deleted immediately — nothing is kept.

    Can I sign every page?

Yes — choose “Every page” to place your signature on all pages at once.
